YOUR FIRST SESSION
All new clients will have a one-hour initial consultation and assessment before undertaking regular rehabilitation or training. The purpose of this consultation is to:
take a thorough client case history
assess the client's current vocal condition and fitness
understand the client's current work requirement and future goals
assess which other team members may be required, i.e. ENT, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy, etc.
formulate an action plan including the number of sessions they will need and how frequently
determine whether we will be a good match for coaching
This initial consultation is charged at the normal rate and booked online using the appropriate city or online option below. Unfortunately due to my schedule I am unable to offer free phone or email advice. You are welcome to email over your clinic notes, performance history, etc. and these will be discussed in your initial consultation.
*Please note that I work mainly with professional performers. If you are a student or hobbyist I am happy to see you for an initial assessment then refer you onto one of my colleagues with a full report if I do not feel that I am the right coach for you.
ONGOING REHABILITATION & TRAINING
London sessions are available MONDAY - WEDNESDAY 10:00-18:00.
Online sessions are available THURSDAY 11:00-18:00.
Manchester sessions are available FRIDAY 10:00-14:00
Strictly 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or the full fee is payable. All rescheduling is done online on the My Bookings page.
This is an automated online system and it will not let you reschedule if you miss the 48 hour cut-off, even by a few minutes. I do not have direct access to clients' online accounts and cannot override the system to grant any exceptions. Refunds are not offered once a session has been booked online.

Please DO NOT come to the studio with any communicable illness as this can be passed on to me and other professional clients, ultimately costing everyone gigs and income. If you feel you are getting ill please reschedule your session with the required 48 hours notice as described above.
Alternatively, it may be possible to have your session online if you find yourself unwell on the day - this is dependent on two factors:
if the WiFi available at the venue I am working from, and your WiFi speed are both suitable for online work
the nature of your illness, i.e. if you are hoarse it would not be appropriate to proceed.
Replacing an in-person session with an online session is solely at my discretion and not guaranteed.
If you come to the studio ill you will be turned away and not refunded.
HMUK & OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Some clients requiring Vocal Rehabilitation will qualify for financial assistance from Help Musicians UK or the Royal Society of Musicians. If you already have an agreement in place with a funding body please send an email confirming proof of funding via email to email@example.com. No bookings will be taken for HMUK clients without proof of funding in advance. Once your email has been received you can book online using the HMUK option.
I also offer a limited number of scholarships at greatly reduced fees for clients who demonstrate financial need. If you would like to apply, please book your initial consultation and this can be discussed during that session.
